Dealer Tricks Forgery
http://www.dealerfraud.org/
It is very common among dealers to forge the signature of customers on subsequent contracts changing the terms of the original signed contract. This happens especially when the customer refuses to sign the new contract. Some of the commonly forged documents may include credit applications stating fraudulent representations about income of the consumer, and buyer’s guides and disclosure forms preventing customers from reading their buyers’ rights as well as information that may cause them to reconsider their purchase decisions.
