New Soft Plastic Baits Show Promise for Fishermen

3/26/08 - Baltimore, MD - A new style of soft plastic baits are quickly becoming a hit with local Maryland fishermen. The MC3 soft plastic bait series is now available, and they've created much excitement from those trying them out for the first time. Fishermen have multiple choices when casting out at their favorite spot, and it's easy to become overwhelmed when selecting a new style of bait to try. These are certainly worth a look when heading out to fish your favorite spot this season.

The MC3 soft plastic baits have been developed by inventor Bruce Adams, owner of BTL Baits, LLC located in Ft. Payne, AL. They offer a life-like presentation and feel, with a variety of colors and scents to attract all types of fish. Whether you're fishing for walleye, crappie or panfish, these will most certainly bring out the striking urge of any fish that spots it. Rigging the bait is simple, with each package showing how to effectively use to allow for the proper presentation, something that most other soft plastics rarely offer. From the packaging to the design, Adams shows attention to detail and concern for his products usage.

Working together with Frank DiJulio, owner of whaticaught.com, LLC in Maryland, both Adams and DiJulio are combining talents to determine the best colors and scents to catch fish in lakes, ponds, rivers, and reservoirs. Since all locations require different fishing techniques and baits, Adams is working hard to narrow down the best fit for each fisherman's location of choice. Using feedback from fisherman who visit DiJulio's popular outdoors-based website, both are working together to narrow down specific modifications based on test product feedback. Sending sample packs to local experts, it's sure that this teamwork will bring an exciting and productive product to fisherman world-wide.

Michael Z. Hyatt (local MD Fisherman) says "These are strong but supple baits, able to withstand hit after hit without losing composure. The colors are vibrant and the scents are accurate yet not overbearing. The shrimp designs are incredibly realistic and appear alive when fished properly." He was even amazed at the life-like action when the bait was simply sitting in the water.

Field tests are occurring now in Maryland, and from the first few outings it's obvious that these will become a staple in any fisherman's tackle box once tried.

Visit BTL's website for more information on these exciting products, and also visit whaticaught.com for updates on the ongoing field tests.
