This Indie-Feature World Premiere Is Scheduled To Screen At
Circle 12 Theater in San Jose on March 6th & 7th
LOS ANGELES (January 2008) - YSA Productions' feature film, YOUNG, SINGLE AND ANGRY, a raucous comedy about dysfunctional dating has just been named as an official selection in the 2008 Cinequest Film Festival in San Jose, California. The world premiere of this film will be at the Circle 12 Theater on Thursday, March 6th at 9:15 p.m. and Friday, March 7th at 4:15 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at www.cinequest.org .
Filmed on a "Indie-budget" in borrowed residences and abandoned bars all over Los Angeles, YOUNG, SINGLE AND ANGRY is about Taylor, who since childhood has been told that marriage is the most important event in every woman's life. Now she's 35 and still single…What the F**k happened? As Taylor and her friends wade through the mire of the Los Angeles dating pool, they realize a lot more is involved in finding the right mate as they meet co-dependents, addicts and sexual deviants. With surprising plot twists, quirky characters, and offbeat humor, YOUNG, SINGLE AND ANGRY is the "American Pie" for 30-somethings.
