Mark Vinsuns Blue DiasporaDiaspora Azul Is Being Exhibited At Artists Against Climate Change In Cuenca Spain
Mark Vinsun's "Blue Diaspora/Diaspora Azul", is being exhibited in Cuenca, Spain, along with other artists, in the international art show "Artists Against Climate Change". The painting was selected by the ecuatorian artist Monica Sarmiento Castillo on a visit to LeonidesArts Gallery, New York. The painting exhibits in abstract form the transformation of Hudson River when the air is contaminated with polutants and the ground level ozone is high with motor vehicle exhaust, industrial emissions, gasoline vapors and chemical solvents as well as natural sources that humans, animals and plants emit constantly.
Ms. Sarmiento Castillo, a contemporary artist also, was impressed by the sheer magnitude and bold expression in color that this painting shows. Ms. Sarmiento Castillo is also participating in the event. She is represented by Cosmoarte Siglo XXV. Show opens May 6 2208
