Allison Mitwol Ranks 1 In Coldwell Banker Commercial Emerging Broker Training

RALEIGH, N.C. - Billie Redmond, CEO of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties (www.cbctmp.com), has announced that real estate advisor Allison Mitwol has graduated from the Coldwell Banker Commercial Emerging Broker Training (EBT) program. Mitwol graduated first in the class, earning 994 points out of a possible 1,010 (98.4 percent). As the top EBT Point Earner in the 2008 summer class, Mitwol will receive a CCIM scholarship worth approximately $1,400.

The Emerging Broker Training (EBT) is a four-month comprehensive training program targeted for Coldwell Banker Commercial professionals with one year or less experience in commercial sales/leasing. The program covers the key components of commercial real estate and is a blend of traditional classroom training followed by live Internet classes, self-paced learning and structured participation of a mentor in the home office. The program ends with three days of classroom training.

As a real estate advisor, Mitwol specializes in the brokerage and leasing of retail properties in the Triangle and North Carolina area. Mitwol is a 2005 graduate of North Carolina State University, receiving a bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations with a minor in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management. Prior to joining TradeMark properties, she worked at Centex Homes and The Glenwood Agency, both in Raleigh, N.C.
