Kineo Open Source Makes SugarCRM Reports Available for Free Download
These reports will allow SugarCRM Community Edition users to benefit from some useful sales reports that we have developed for ourselves. While SugarCRM Community Edition is great at capturing customer data, it lacks the powerful reporting system that subscribers to the commercial Professional Edition benefit from. However, the kind folks at open source business intelligence company Jaspersoft have created the Zucker Reports plugin for SugarCRM Community Edition, which Kineo Open Source have adopted as part of their standard SugarCRM Community Edition build for all of its customers.
The reports made freely available are:
Won Projects for Current Financial Year - lists account, opportunity, owner and value for won projects from October to September, with monthly totals and the annual total in reverse chronological order.
Won Projects by Month - lists account, opportunity, owner and value month by month for all time, in reverse chronological order.
Opportunities by Month - lists account, opportunity, owner, value, probability, forecast (value x probability) and next step, displaying by month in chronological order.
