February 2, 2005 -- In an effort to open its doors to those who normally could not commit to the three full days of CRS, Country Radio Broadcasters, Inc. is once again offering attendees the option of purchasing the Spring Town Meeting package. This special offer is specifically designed to give music industry professionals the opportunity to participate in a portion of the convention at a nominal cost. Held for one day during the seminar, the initiative will include a panel discussion, performances and great networking opportunities.
The Spring Town Meeting, sponsored by BMI and CRS Las Vegas, will be held on Thursday, March 3, 2005. It will encompass the following segments:
Admission into CRS after 1:30 p.m. for Thursday, March 3, 2005.
Record Label Heads Panel [2 p.m.] with confirmed participants Bill Bennett (Warner Bros.), Mike Dungan (Capitol Nashville), Joe Galante (RLG), John Grady (Sony), Luke Lewis (Universal) and moderator R.J. Curtis, KZLA-FM / Los Angeles.
WCRS Live! Songwriter Panel and Performance [3:30-5 p.m.] featuring Sara Evans ("No Place That Far,"Born to Fly"), Andy Griggs ("I'll Go Crazy,"You Won't Ever Be Lonely") and Bob DiPiero ("Worlds Apart,"Blue Clear Sky").
Exhibit Area Networking Hour [5-6 p.m.] including complimentary beverages and snacks.

A special Twin Pack deal, offered for only $150, includes the Spring Town meeting package as well as admission to the Country Music DJ Hall of Fame Dinner held on Tuesday, March 1, 2005. The dinner will begin at 6:15 p.m. with the Induction Ceremony starting at 7:15 p.m. Martina McBride and Catherine Britt will highlight the night with performances as they pay tribute to the country music legend and CRB Career Achievement Award recipient Dolly Parton.
