Renaissance Creative Services Wins 11 State Awards for Real Estate Marketing Excellence



Renaissance Creative Services surpassed its impressive 2004 seven-award performance by winning honors in an unprecedented 11 categories at this year's Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA) Excel Awards during the 2005 Southeast Building Conference in Orlando. The annual awards reward real-estate marketing excellence for projects, developers and builders throughout the state.

Established in 1996, the firm has established a strong reputation for delivering outstanding results-oriented real estate marketing including advertising, public relations, sales center design and brand development for residential, resort and commercial projects.

The firm's award winning work include Best Brochure for a Master Planned Community, Best Color Ad Under a Full Page, and Marketing Campaign for Master Planned Community of the year; all for Palencia, the upscale Hines development located on the Intracoastal Waterway off US 1 between Jacksonville and St. Augustine.

Two promotional campaigns designed by the Jacksonville based shop -- The 2004 SunTrust Symphony/ASID Showhome and the North River II Discovery Kit -- were also recognized by the judges. The award winning marketing efforts of Renaissance Creative Services focused on the community's Spanish historical roots, lush natural surroundings, and resort style amenities.

Renaissance also captured two honors - Best Logo Design and Best Black & White Ad Under Half a Page - for 1661 Riverside, a new upscale condominium community in historic Riverside. Flanked by century oaks and riverfront promenades of Memorial Park, 1661 Riverside features contemporary lofts and more traditionally styled townhomes. The winning campaign effectively emphasized 1661 Riverside's urban lifestyle and numerous amenities, tying them into the associated growth and cultural "renaissance" of Downtown Jacksonville.

The firm was additionally recognized for their brochure and ad design for Pier Point, a 58-residence condominium community located in the very heart of Jacksonville Beach, and their design of a color ad for an ongoing campaign for the not-for-profit Builder's Care, the non-profit construction arm of the Northeast Florida Builders Association.

The work on the on the high-tech Lakewood Ranch information and sales center also won accolades from the judges.

The statewide honors come just four short months after Renaissance Creative Services won seven local Laurel Awards for outstanding real estate marketing from the NEFBA Sales and Marketing Council, and one week after The Jacksonville Business Journal named the agency one of the city's 50 fastest-growing private companies for the third time in four years. Renaissance was ranked No. 6 on this year's prestigious list.
