Clubscene Network Inc. and Groove Radio have teamed up with ICE Meta-Club Las Vegas to Broadcast Clubscene Live every Saturday night. Sponsors and advertisers wanted.



Overview

In association with Groove Radio - the internet'sup1;s premier Electronic Dance station and online community - will provide worldwide media coverage live and direct from ICE nightclub in Las Vegas - where superstar DJs and clubbers gather for a weekly party. Groove Radio personality Swedish Egil will be on-location to greet a Live audience and play host to the biggest names in Electronic Dance music while inviting fans to participate from computers around the world! CLUB SCENE LIVE will broadcast to a Worldwide Audience, exclusively at www.grooveradio.com



Groove Radio will launch a huge promotional campaign on Grooveradio.Com leading up to grand opening night and continuing on a weekly basis to promote our special LIVE broadcasts at CLUB SCENE LIVE. We will invite fans to attend the exclusive weekly events at ICE Las Vegas, enter to win club passes, and direct traffic to your website via banner and link ads throughout GrooveRadio.Com. We will also utilize our media partners and PR savvy to provide added publicity for CLUB SCENE LIVE whenever possible.



Unlike normal promoters, we have built one of the most comprehensive websites www.VegasClubScene.Com in the Las Vegas area that will be used for reference as a complete and up to date directory for the nightlife and entertainment industries. When people use our website we have them register as a user so we can collect important demographic data and well as contact information to disseminate information on our promotions.

The average annual income for registered users will most likely range from $30,000 to $75,000.

Banner Advertising - Includes premium placement (Home Page, Now Playing, Nightlife).

Contest - Weekly contest page with link to Vegas Club Scene and key Sponsor website. Includes listing on Home Page, plus prize fulfillment to winners. (Minimum passes for winners TBD.)

ICE Las Vegas:

Initially we expect to have between 1,100 and 1,300 people visit the venue Saturday nights with an expected growth rate of around 6.5%-9% per week. We expect some nights to see numbers in excess of 2,700's8211;3,000 throughout our 6 month campaign.

ICE Las Vegas currently receives (I need the correct Number) hits on their corporate website each month and maintains a database of (I need the correct number.)



We will have the ability to customize sponsorship opportunities for each event. A list of the sponsorship opportunities will be sent to our sponsors outlining the opportunities prior to the event. Sponsorship is limited at each event to prevent competitor nature amongst our sponsors. Vegas Club Scene will not allow like companies to sponsor the same event. We do not categorize companies in the same industries to all be like companies. We will allow Vodka and beer companies to sponsor the same event, however, we would not allow two energy drink companies to sponsor the same event.
