FulfillNet, Inc. has hired Jill Dougherty in the newly created position of Client Services Manager.
Dougherty comes to FulfillNet with over 20 years of customer service and human resources management experience. She most recently managed the corporate consumer response team at Unilever
in Green Bay where she helped transform the contact center's8217;s image from a 's8220;complaint department's8221; to a 's8220;value-added business partner.'s8221;

FulfillNet. Her new responsibilities at FulfillNet will include management of the client service representatives and the account managers.
Dougherty holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin 's8211; Eau Claire. She is actively involved as a volunteer for Southwest High School sporting
events, the Thomas H. Lutsey Scholarship Committee and other charitable events through her church.
