1. The project is announced on GeniusRocket.com


2. Creative artists have one week to apply for the project by submitting a proposal and portfolio


3. A qualified GeniusRocket team will initiate a vetting process and review the submitted proposals and portfolios in order find the best and most capable artists to work the creative project


4. Approved and selected creative artists are contacted and given a set amount of time to submit storyboards for both the client and GeniusRocket to review


5. GeniusRocket will present the storyboards to the client for review


6. Based upon client feedback certain artists will be eliminated from the project but will still receive payment for their work


7. Remaining creative artists produce the actual video with constant feedback from GeniusRocket to allow for refinement of the concept


8. Final high quality submission(s) are submitted for final review and a selection is made
