Have you researched on our candidates for presidency this upcoming election Are you absolutely certain that you understand the political issues, and agendas they are presenting If not, get yourself prepared to attend the 2008 Institute Political Leadership and Access (IPLA) Conference on September 11-13 at Kellogg Conference Center, Gallaudet University, Washington, DC! Listening to conference presenters and engaging yourself in workshops will provide you with insightful information on understanding politics and how influential you can be in the political world.



President Candidates for both major parties will be invited to attend the 2008 IPLA Conference.



The Institute of Political Leadership and Access, Inc. (IPLA) is a multi-partisan, nonprofit, educational program designed to bring people who are deaf and hard of hearing together with other people with disabilities to enhance their political organizing and activism skills to enter politics as candidates, campaign advisers, or other roles in public policy.



Please save the dates, September 11-13, 2008 to attend the 2008 IPLA Conference. This conference may inspire you to run for an office position or motivate you to participate in a political campaign involving disability issues. It is specifically oriented to people with disabilities to understand the dynamics and infrastructure of the political process at national, state, and local levels.
