TBG London, the digital marketing agency, today announces it has appointed Rick Sareen to the position of its first non-executive director. He joins Simon Mansell, TBG's8217;s founder and
managing director, on TBG's8217;s board.
Rick has over 25 years experience in advertising and marketing, and has worked at a number of agencies including Lowe Howard-Spink and Y&R, both companies for which he was a member of
the board. In 1998 he co-founded his own digital media buying agency, Media21, which was subsequently bought by Grey through its Beyond Interactive network, where he held the post of
Chairman and European Director. He was also heavily involved in achieving flat-rate internet connection in the UK through lobbying at governmental level. Most recently he has been a
consultant on projects for BT, Vodafone and Channel 4.
