Visual Data Systems Escapia Launch OregonBeachVacations.com Site Integrates...



Visual Data Systems, the leader in online marketing and technology solutions for the vacation rental industry, and Escapia, the #1 provider of online management and marketing solutions for vacation rentals, have announced the launch of OregonBeachVacations.com (www.OregonBeachVacations.com).





This is the first collaborative effort between Visual Data Systems (www.VisualDataSystems.com)and Escapia (www.Escapia.com), leading suppliers to the vacation rental industry and features design and online marketing tools by Visual Data Systems while integrating real-time online bookings through the Escapia web-based rental management solution. The site was designed for Oregon Beach Vacations, which offers over 150 vacation rental properties along Oregon's Northern and Central coastlines with additional properties being added every day. Oregon Beach Vacations is headquartered in Portland, Oregon and has offices in Lincoln City and Cannon Beach, Oregon.



By utilizing the Escapia Rental Management Software API (Application Program Interface), Visual Data Systems was able to build the custom website that Oregon Beach Vacations desired for its clients and homeowners. The API allows for the seamless transfer of data from the clients Escapia rental software including real-time availability, pictures and property attributes. All changes made by the client in the rental management software are automatically fed to the website.



"The Integration of the Escapia Rental Management API with Visual Data Systems software solutions has proven to be a ratified success with the release of the first Visual Data Systems/Escapia joint project, Oregon Beach Vacations. The initial proof of concept was straight forward paving the way for the development of a very robust Vacation Rental Real Time Availability and Booking platform that will benefit both clients and guests. The data rich environment and well organized structure of the API supports the fundamentals while showcasing the ability to meet the most comprehensive of web requirements," stated Allen Pratt, Director of Production for Visual Data Systems.



In conjunction with the transfer of data, Oregon Beach Vacations was able to utilize the experience of Visual Data Systems and build a robust website that includes many online marketing tools including: MyBrochure; Email-A-Friend; GuestAdVantage and Search Engine Optimization.
