"Tony Montalte", AFIT's Founder and CEO, assures all AFIT clients, that our commitment to the principles that make this company great, our reputation for excellence and our professional integrity remain firmly intact.

On or about April 2007, a small start-up competitor posted a story on their website citing testimony given in a civil case being litigated in a California court involving AFIT.

Because key aspects of testimony were not included in the story, readers may have been left with a misleading impression as to the substance of the outcome. In particular, the story made claims of a judgment against Mr. Montalte for fraudulent business practices. This is absolutely false.

The Intellectual Property named in the complaint (Superior Court of Orange County, Case 5CC12858) remains with its rightful owner, Mr. Montalte. All aspects of the case were reviewed, analyzed and finalized by the court. AFIT jointly discussed the opinions and conclusions contained therein with the court and was extremely pleased with the outcome.

We regret that deceptions in the story may have caused unnecessary anxiety and confusion among some of our valued clients, and we feel it is an absolute imperative that all our clients know that AFIT Accelerated Flight & Instrument Training, LLC has always been, and will remain, a company that operates with the utmost integrity in every thing we do.
