S4 Inc. and its team members, Boeing, CMW & Associates, EDS, Maersk Lines Limited, PE Systems, Inc., SI International, STG, Sumaria Systems and TRI-COR will provide professional services in the areas of Functional Support, Training Support, Continuous Process Improvement Support, Change Management, Exercise Support, Knowledge Management (KM) Construct and Collaboration, Analysis, Program Management Support, Enterprise Architecture Support, Portfolio Management Support, and Strategic Planning for the next five years. Total contract ceiling value is $450 Millions.
