KEMA representatives presented the certification to Thomson today at a certification ceremony. This certification has characteristics unique to the quality and reliability needs of the aerospace industry. It is a quality management system to help ensure that all aspects of the design, manufacture and support of aerospace products meet their design specifications and intended functions. AS 9100B certification is also becoming a requirement to do business in today's global marketplace.
