Core Systems, the leader in Industrial Computer systems announces its new Cyclops Series 4U Rugged enclosure. The Cyclops Series lightweight Aluminum 4U enclosure, originally designed as an in-Flight solution for General Atomics, is now offered in many customizable configurations.

General Atomics choose Core Systems to provide an In-Flight turnkey solution using a 1000W DC or AC input power supply. The power requirement meets 25,000 Altitude specifications along with MIL-STD-461E, 704E and 810E. Standard Temperature specification -20C to +65C. with optional -40C and -55C.

Core Systems creates build to order configurations to address each customer'ss needs which range from our standard product offerings to customized LCD and rack mount servers, said Chris Schaffner, President of Core Systems. Our customers demand rugged solutions that perform in extreme environments. Core Systems's sales engineers and engineering staff work closely with our customer to bridge the hardware engineering gap which is somewhat unique in our industry. There are a growing number of requests for military and industrial systems that are able to operate in some of the most challenging of environments.
