A preliminary injunction hearing was held on Tuesday January 15, 2008 in the US District Court for the Northern District of California with the honorable Judge Ronald Whyte presiding. The plaintiff in the case is Verigy Inc. (VRGY) and two of the defendants are Silicon Test Systems Inc. and Silicon Test Solutions LLC. Verigy's suit (C07-04330) alleges misappropriation of trade secrets and unfair competition among other allegations. Both Silicon Test Systems Inc. and Silicon Test Solutions LLC believe that the allegations in the lawsuit are false and baseless. Silicon Test Systems Inc. is a California Corporation founded in December 2006. Silicon Test Solutions LLC is a California Limited Liability Company.
