1st Annual International Percussion Exposition Festival Celebrates Maines Cultural Diversity Past and Present
The IPE is organized by Primary Skills Art Institute; an Augusta based non-profit organization that offers innovative multi-cultural arts educational services. Recognizing the need for understanding of cultural diversity in the changing faces of Maine, PSAI works for individual and community understanding of the rhythms that unite all people.
Our ethnic and cultural awareness and exploration programming draws on Maine'ss rich and diverse communities, past and present, so that we may provide integrated cultural arts activities throughout the state.
