Pax Stereo Tv (http://www.paxstereo.tv)) has ended its beta trial, and has launched with over 200 theme-based micro-niche channels (http://paxstereo.tv/broadcasts.htm) currently lists 25 broadcast categories. Visitors can also suggest a channel, and plans are to add approximately 100 channels a month as a minimum. The two-man team of Mario Hemsley and Victor Allen have been very busy adding the channels, now all they need is staff. Broadcasters and program directors are now actively being sought throughout the online community. "Most of the people we are considering have an active website, a MySpace profile and a blog as a minimum," Mario adds, "we have the luxury now of being able to use the online community as a resource for staff and collaborators." Both Mario and Victor believe that ultimately every channel will require its own small, coordinated and mobile staff. Victor feels this new business model is key to their success. "People will work from home, wherever that is. This a modular system with a central coordinating unit, we define flexibility."
Pax Stereo has been very successful at spreading awareness of its neourban community through social networks such as MySpace, where they have over 250,000 friends network wide. Current
