Robert H. Norton, President of Norton 's38; Associates Inc, a seasoned company with over 28 years in M 's38; A, business development, equity funding, real estate development and solutions management. Mr. Norton announces the need to take the challenge for economic recovery starting with ECO Green Jobs, implementation of national ECO Business incubator centers in all economic disaster areas and ECO equity funding investments and incentives for new Green Technology.
Mr. Norton stated that with the business development in 2008 of the Carbon Technology Management (CTM) division that the group found limited existing support or financial incentives for
environmental, energy, climate product development, education or business development. Based on the existing United Nations Climate Change (UNCCC) Kyoto agreement, global Carbon Trading
will provide the incentive to meet the need of reduction of carbons and its effects on the earth'ss ECO system. The global sustainable markets and economic crises are interconnected and
symptoms of a larger global economic system out of balance. Renewing American global market leadership will include new sustainable green ideas, new science, design, engineering,
education and training in: environmental, energy, agriculture, forestry, fuel switching, transportation, health, medical, food, housing, waste and storm water, coastal ocean adaption and
protection.
To shape a sustainable future and economic recovery will require leadership, incentives and vision that include the change to the environment and use of energy from the people of the
world. The process must be measured by the benefits to the social, environmental and economics (SEE) global improvements being made. The benefits must be for the good of all, not the few,
emphasis on all levels of government to provide legislation for honesty and truth, not control. This requires all institutions, professions, educators, small 's38; big business,
entrepreneurs, skilled and unskilled work forces, white and blue collar workers to work together, develop new skills. The American dream has worked for many years; we have the capacity
for future achievements in economic growth, the capacity to renew-re-engineer the workforce and renew the American global market leadership.
All real change is grounded in new ways of thinking and perceiving as Einstein said ,we cannot solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them. Look at
current world leaders, Americans that also have taken the challenge, Al Gore, Noble Prize, has drawn the world'ss attention, UN, to climate change. Bill Gates, mission is to globally
enhance healthcare and reduce poverty and in the US to expand education opportunities and access information technology. Bill Clinton, to strengthen the capacity of people in the world
and meet the challenge of global inter-dependence. T. Boone Pickens, with energy plan to stop addiction to foreign oil.
Green ECO Institute Inc. (http://www.fedgreeneco.com/home) will network, nationwide through collaborative efforts with its partners to
