DavaRay, Inc. has secured the services of Novaetus, Inc. to create and execute a marketing program for the Nanobeam 's8482; 940, that will build consumer awareness and develop a regional distribution network. The Nanobeam 's8482; 940, a hand held near-infrared therapy device, cleared by the FDA in December 2008 for use in a clinical setting, or as prescribed by a licensed healthcare practitioner.

We think the Nanobeam has a great future and Novaetus is a great match for us because of their experience in the healthcare field, particularly with physician and therapy practices and home care agencies, states President/CEO David Arndt. Although we have been selling units after receiving FDA approval, we have not actively marketed the Nanobeam's8482; 940. Having Novaetus in place will help us support our existing distributors and help them reach out to more healthcare practitioners as well as bringing new distributors on board.
