"Heidi Klum got the same top in two different colors," says De Bucourt.

De Bucourt says she's most creative when working with hand-painted fabrics and embroidery. She says she honed those skills while studying at FIT, the Fashion Institute of Technology.

Her sense of style is influenced by music and dance. De Bucourt's dresses feature romantic layers with raw edge chiffon and tulle. She pairs many of her skirts with sexy corset tops that feature puzzle motifs, lacing or tie-die appeal.

In general, her clothing line has a distinct flair because it beautifully blends elegance with playfulness.
