The announcement of applying some "major changes" to the emerging clothing line, Ostler, which caters primarily to the surf and skate retail community, was released today by Ryan Ostler,
CEO.
"Our enterprise has appeared to be fairly dormant to the community for almost one year, during which we have been busy creating new styles of threads and changing details internally. We
came to the conclusion that some major changes were needed. Our image will not only become the trademark for complete quality and cutting edge trends, but the enterprise itself is
expected to gain some major ground. Our contracts with retailers are being examined. We want to ensure that Ostler is on the forefront, and we will not allow this brand to be available at
every retailer that requests it."
Currently access to the clothing is being restricted until the changes are complete. Both web access, and catalog ordering is on hold. The specific date and time for the release was not
disclosed. Mention was made that their next issue of threads will be targeted to be in stores sporting their fall line of hoodies, beanies, shirts and more all boasting the Ostler
symbol.
