Hayward Baker Announces Staff Promotions at Chicago and Dallas Offices



Hayward Baker Inc. (http://www.haywardbaker.com/), North America'ss leading geotechnical contractor, announces staff promotions at its U.S. office locations in Roselle, IL (Chicago) and Dallas-Ft. Worth.





Kyle Camper, P.E. has been promoted to vice president of the Midwest region which includes Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri and Wisconsin. Camper has been employed with Hayward Baker since 2000, serving as a senior project manager as well as division manager. He has in-depth experience in the design and construction of specialty geotechnical projects, along with earth retention, pile foundation and ground modification systems. A graduate of the University of Illinois - Urbana-Champaign with B.S. and M.S. degrees in civil engineering, Camper is currently on the board of directors of the ADSC, as well as past chair of the Geotechnical Group of the ASCE Illinois Section.



Dan O'sNeal has been promoted to vice president, operations for the Midwest and Central regions of Hayward Baker. O'sNeal has more than 25 years of experience managing multiple large geotechnical construction projects. In this position he will be responsible for job site planning, operations, equipment, safety and labor negotiations. He has been employed with Hayward Baker since 2000. O'sNeal holds a B.S. degree in engineering management from the University of Illinois - Chicago.



Brent Byford has been appointed operations manager for Hayward Baker'ss Midwest region. Prior to this appointment, he served as a project manager for Hayward Baker, as well as holding similar responsibilities earlier at Walsh Construction Company in Chicago. Byford holds a B.S. degree in civil engineering from Purdue University.



Also at Hayward Baker'ss Roselle, IL office, Shane J. Farr, S.E., P.E. has been promoted to structural and earth support division manager. Prior to this appointment, Farr had served as a project manager for the company. He has more than 10 years of in-depth experience in the analysis and design of structural and geotechnical projects. A graduate of Purdue University with a B.S. degree in civil engineering, Farr is a licensed structural engineer in the state of Illinois, as well a licensed professional engineer in Illinois, Minnesota, New York and North Carolina.



Hayward Baker also announces that Ruel E. 'sEd's Radford has been promoted to vice president of the central region. Radford has been with Hayward Baker since 1993, holding a variety of responsibilities including project manager, operations manager and area manager for the company'ss Dallas-Ft. Worth and Gulf Coast offices. He is responsible for the oversight of projects and resources in a six-state region including Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas and New Mexico. Radford holds a B.S. degree in construction science from Texas A's38;M University in College Station.
