Quality First Home Improvement Inc. Receives Prestigious Diamond Certification



Quality First Home Improvement Inc., an exterior home improvement specialist, has passed the rigid rating requirements and received the prestigious Diamond Certification, presented by American Ratings Corporation.



Diamond Certification starts with the initial in-depth rating of each company'ss customer satisfaction. To begin, a random sample of up to 400 past customers is pulled from all customer files of the applicant company. A confidential telephone survey captures the customer satisfaction score based on quality. The quality score is tabulated. To qualify a company must score a very high 90 on a 100 scale.



Additionally, the applicant company'ss credentials are independently rated. For contactors this includes license, insurance, complaint status, credit, and business practices. Only those rated highest in quality earn the prestigious Diamond Certified award. Monitoring of credentials and any complaints occur quarterly, and additional customer surveys are completed from quarterly to annually. After being certified, the company agrees to adhere to the Diamond Certified Customer Satisfaction Principles.
