Visual Graphic Systems Inc.to Move its Corporate Headquarters andProduction...

Visual Graphic Systems, Inc. (VGS), announces plans to move its corporate headquarters and production plant to Carlstadt, New Jersey. The chairman and founder of VGS, Don Healy, started the company in 1981, with three employees in a loft space on West 26th Street in Manhattan. Since then, the firm has multiplied to more than150 workers and relocated twice to accommodate growth. VGS's8217; current space located at 500 Tenth Ave in New York City has served the company's8217;s needs for over a decade. However, due to continued growth of its client base and expanding fabrication capabilities VGS (http://www.vgsonline.com) is finding it necessary to move once again.

With over a decade of year-over-year growth, says Milton DiPietro President of VGS. 's8220;There was no room for us to grow-literally and figuratively within our current New York-based space or surrounding area. New York's8217;s West Side is undergoing a redevelopment and rezoning process that tends to benefit developers of luxury office and residential buildings. As a result, for manufacturers like VGS, which require constant growth and expansion, it meant there was no longer the right fit with the evolving neighborhood. VGS actually began its physical expansion in 2000 with a second location in Newark, NJ. Since then as we continued to grow and expand our manufacturing and product development capabilities it became clear that our daily operations would require more space. As well, VGS (http://www.vgsonline.com) recognized there were unique opportunities that were resulting from the dynamic economic situation. From decreasing real estate rates to extremely competitively priced manufacturing equipment there are opportunities to expand that we know will not be available in a year or two. Unlike many businesses, VGS is in a strong financial position to pursue these opportunities now.

A Stronger, Better VGS

This new facility in Carlstadt, NJ will combine all of VGS's8217; fulfillment operations under one roof with its manufacturing, sales, customer 's38; account support, and corporate services. 's8220;At VGS, we already pride ourselves on our creative talent and manufacturing expertise that allow us to address and fulfill each of our client's8217;s unique needs. The all-inclusive nature of the Carlstadt location will allow us to continue developing and enhancing this attentive customer care with high quality results and increased efficiency.'s8221; DiPietro added, 's8220;With our vast experience and ever growing product development capabilities, this state-of-the-art facility is designed specifically for core competencies, modernized production flows and provides for future expansion plans.'s8221; The 60-day relocation process is well-under way and is expected to be completed October 1, 2009.
