June 17, 2005 -- Screen Actors Guild Award nominee KeKe Palmer will be amongst the celebrity judges at the Sunday, June 26th Los Angeles "Uplifting Minds II" national talent competition
showcase at Westfield Fox Hill Shoppingtown mall (KeKe replaces actress Jasmine Guy who was slated to appear). The twelve year old actress/singer/dancer/model is the youngest to be
nominated for the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Movie or Miniseries for the TNT movie "The Wool Cap."
KeKe Palmer started on her road to acting just two years ago when she was ten. She has sense appeared in the "MGM Barber Shop 2: Back in Business," in CBS's Cold Case, and is in a Lion's
Gate feature film "Akeelah and the Bee," along side Laurence Fishburne and Angela Bassette. She is also working on a Disney sitcom of her own, "KeKe and Jamal.".
The national talent competition is day two of the "Uplifting Minds II" Conference consisting also of a day of entertainment business seminars on Saturday, June 25th. Seminar topics
