Free Tickets For 2007 Action On Film Available

The Action On Film Festival released 300 free tickets today for the 2007 film festival courtesy of the hit SpikeTV show, Reality Racing - The Rookie Challenge.

The film festival received a sponsorship from the owners of Reality Racing Inc., the Schaefer Group. Reality Racing - The Rookie Challenge combines reality television and racing by allowing amateurs to compete in a variety of physical challenges to win a series of prizes and a contract with professional race team. It airs every Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m. on the SpikeTV network.

"We're really lucky to get such a big sponsor for our festival," said Josh Neufeld, AOF Festival Director.

By visiting the AOF Festival website, www.aoffest.com clicking on the Reality Racing banner and signing up for the Reality Racing E-mail updates, the public can receive a free day pass for the film festival.

The AOF Festival has already accepted over 200 films into the competition. In addition to film screenings, the festival includes a symposium that will discuss the topics of "women in film" and "independent film." Those on the panel include Director and Writer Mark Mahon, Owner and Producer of the AOF Festival Del Weston, Paramount Studios Executive Alan Bailey and Producer Simone Roberts.

The AOF Festival celebrates the action of movie making as well as the struggle and process that filmmakers must follow to become successful. It will take place at the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center in Long Beach, Calif. July 27-29, 2007.
