On4 Announces Closing of Acquisition of Pets911.com

On4's8482; Communications, Inc. (ONCI.OB) is pleased to announce the close of the acquisition of www.Pets911.com, and all intellectual property assets associated with Pets911. Pursuant to the asset purchase agreement with I Recycle LLC, entered into on October 12, 2009, On4's8482; issued 3,000,000 shares of its common stock to designees of the vendor company, I Recycle LLC in payment of the purchase price for the acquisition of Pets911.com.
