Tom Kat Records Signs Mercury Bullet



Tom Kat RecordsDSN Music, a service of the Digital Syndicate Network, formally announced today that they have signed the Fresno-based active rock group Mercury Bullet, to a recording contract with Tom Kat Records.



Tom Kat Records will release Mercury Bullet's debut 14-track album "Twisted Butterfly."



"These guys are extremely talented and their music is incredible! Their unique sound will separate them from the crowd and create a fresh new sound in today's rock scene," said Guy W. Giuliano, President of Tom Kat RecordsDSN Music. "We've been combing the country for new talent for the label, real talent who can succeed in an saturated music market, and these guys deliver the goods!"



Fresno California-based Mercury Bullet formed in 2004, with lead vocalist Matt Cantu, guitarist Andrew Beasley, percussionist Jeremiah Dasalla, and bassist Wes Coelho. "This is the beginning of a beautiful friendship and a long lasting relationship. It's one milestone we never thought we would get to, and we're grateful for the opportunity given to us by Tom Kat Records and DSN!" said Beasley



Tom Kat Records COO Tom King is excited about the project. "Once in a while a record label gets lucky and finds a true shining star. Mercury Bullet is Tom Kat's shining star and we are looking forward to pushing them into the to 10 in the Billboard Charts and having them be a number onernalternative download on iTunes with a $4.99 special on the album."



Mercury Bullet has been busy on the road and in the studio over the last two years, including their recent performance on the Vans Warped Tour. Mercury Bullet has shared the stage recently with many of today's hottest acts such as: Static-X, Pillar, Thousand Foot Krutch, Project 86, Eyes Set To Kill and The Human Abstract.
