UFW Chivas USA and Los Tigres del Norte Announce California Latino...

UFW, together with Chivas USA, and Grammy-winning artists Los Tigres del Norte, will be holding a press conference this Thursday, September 15 at 2:00 p.m. PT to officially present 'La Celebracin del Pueblo' (Celebration of the People).



WHAT:    
'La Celebracin del Pueblo' (Celebration of the People) is a one-of-a-kind historical event scheduled to be held at The Home Depot Center on October 16 at 1:00 p.m. PT. The event will feature Chivas USA vs. MetroStars in the Red-and-White's final 2005 MLS regular-season game, followed by an exclusive post-game performance by the kings of Mexican regional music, Los Tigres del Norte.



A percentage of the proceeds from the event will go to the United Farm Workers (UFW), and the movement.
