Andrew Cainey, a Senior Executive Advisor for Booz Allen in Greater China, is the guest for this episode, during which he discusses the M&A market in China today. Cainey explains the reasons foreign companies typically buy stakes or create partnerships with Chinese entities rather than buying them outright.
