New Labeling For Super Premium Product Fit For Royality
June 15, 2005 -- After more than two years of research and review, Royal Purple announced today itˇs new label design. It will hit shelves throughout the United States beginning July 1. All automotive and Max Cycle oils, Royal Purpleˇs top selling products, wear the new design(s).
ˇWe chose to rework the label design, because we believed the stark packaging was counter-productive for a super-premium, high-performance product like ours, says Mark McFann, director of marketing and corporate communication for Royal Purple. ˇOur customers are looking for the best of the best and while our product fits that description, our packaging didnˇt. The new design was researched thoroughly via focus groups and market studies to ensure that itˇs well received.ˇ
More Changes On The Way
In the future, expect a structural change to the bottle of these products as well. No date has been set yet for when that will be released, but it is currently in the mid-point of review and research. ˇCompelling packaging is key to communicating the quality of our products,ˇ states McFann. ˇOur customers our quality-minded we honor that by not only continuing to research and improve our products, but to continue to improve the packaging as well.ˇ
