When Matthew and Marcelle King, founders of www.MoneySavingOil.com, discovered the amazing qualities of synthetic oil, their first impulse was to share it with others.

At this point the main reason people aren'st at least using synthetic oil in their car is because it'ss still a relative unknown, and the information on it tends to be unclear, said Matthew. Our goal is to ensure people have the correct information about synthetic oil, and also understand how it benefits their cars, their wallets and the environment, said Marcelle.

The benefits of synthetic oil are as diverse as its applications, and while it prolongs engine life in the long term, it also numerous short term benefits.

I'sve known people who switched to synthetic oil and had their fuel economy increase by as much as two miles per gallon with regular oil changes, said Matthew. Synthetics in all their applications are just better than the conventional counterparts, there'ss no simpler way to put it, he added.
