Hyundai of Tempe to Giveaway Wheelchair Van to Deserving Family

Hyundai of Tempe (www.hyundaioftempe.com) has acquired a wheelchair accessible mini-van and will give it away to a deserving family or organization during a write-in campaign. We are asking for media support to ensure this message reaches any family or organization that would benefit from such a vehicle.

Hyundai of Tempe will collect stories from candidates beginning May 27th, 2009 and ending at 9:00pm on June 18th 2009. Candidates need to submit their story to Hyundai of Tempe via the internet at www.hyundaioftempe.com/helpinghandsOnce all entries have been submitted a panel of representatives will pick one deserving family to take delivery of the vehicle.

The vehicle is a pre-owned Dodge Caravan equipped with a Harmar inside wheelchair lift in the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle has undergone our rigorous safety inspection. The lift mechanics and installation have been inspected and certified by Southwest Mobility of Mesa. Hyundai of Tempe will include a 24 month 24,000 mile comprehensive warranty to the new owner to cover the vehicle. Approximate value of the van, lift and warranty is over $7000.00

>    Recipient must be available to take delivery from our location on June 20th, 2009.

>    Recipient must have valid Arizona driver'ss license and be a current resident of Arizona.

>    Recipient will be responsible for applicable taxes and fees as required.
