New Vending Machine Designed Specifically for the Car Wash Industry

The Vend-It's8482; from Industrial Vacuum Systems was designed to be a vending machine that the average car wash owner could set-up, reconfigure and service themselves, right out of the box. The 4-shelf, through-wall Vend-It's8482; has the flexibility to vend from 18 to 32 products depending on what the wash operator wants to sell, makes change and can be ordered with the ExpressKEY® cashless system. Because the Vend-It's8482; is designed to run on coin-pulse technology, it doesn's8217;t rely on the complicated electronics that other modified snack vending machines use.



The Vend-It's8482; is a through-wall vendor that uses Industrial Vacuum Systems's8217; (IVS) patented Rear Load/Rear Service design (patent no. 6,994,230) to provide the maximum security and convenience to wash operators. All money and product are handled in the security of your locked equipment room. Access to the coin hopper and bill acceptor are through the locked back access door. The four slide and tilt shelves are also loaded and configured from the back of the unit.

Protection from external theft and vandalism is provided by the 12-guage steel door, available in either brushed stainless steel or black powder coated mild steel, and large ½ inch thick Lexan® front window.



Built to be completely field-configurable without tools, the Vend-It's8482; allows the operator to change the width of columns, the number of columns and the helix sizes as needed to vend the most popular items.



The Vend-It's8482; is set up at the factory in one of four basic configurations that is determined when the vendor is ordered.



Customizing the unit to meet your exact needs is done with the assistance of specially trained technical support people. The operator controls are remotely located and are password protectable. The operator control unit offers full data logging accountability; tracking the total amount of money deposited, bills deposited by denomination, coins deposited and the quantity of items vended, as well as providing the operator with the ability to test the coin mechanism, coin hopper, and each helix motor.



The Vend-It's8482; is an easy retrofit. Requiring a rough wall opening of 32's8221;w by 48's8221;h, it is easy to replace other through-wall vendors. The Vend-It's8482; is also designed so that it can be installed by two people without any heavy equipment.
