What is AutoMatch AutoMatch is a proprietary process whereby sellers and buyers are automatically matched with each other based on user-defined search criteria as they are entered in the REITools database. Notifications are automatically sent out to the investors notifying them that a match has been found for their buyer or property.
This unique and exclusive approach puts REITools in a unique position of being the only web-based application with the AutoMatch technology. This technology automates the process of locating properties and/or buyers. This technology takes advantage of the integrated design platform upon which REITools.com was built.
