New Partner Joins Destiny Lending LLC Loveland Mortgage Company Adds Ben Schmitt to Staff

Schmidt joins Destiny Lending after entering the mortgage industry with Town & Country Credit, where he was the top producing loan officer for 10 months straight. He was a broker at American Lending, and more recently was with Fort Collins Mortgage, where he was named Rookie of the Year and was top producer for the fourth quarter of 2004.
Destiny Lending has relationships with 60 well-known lenders, and has a strong track record, enabling the company to receive expedited underwriting turn times and big broker pricing. The firm has also earned the privilege of underwriting loans in house. Destiny specializes in creative financing to assist clients in unusual financial situations, such as those who are self-employed. Options the company can offer include option ARMs, interest-only loans, 100% loans on investment property and one-time close construction loans.
