Pat Rigsby served as the Head Baseball Coach and Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at Shawnee State University for six seasons. He was the youngest coach in college baseball for his
first two years, accepting the position soon after he turned 23.
Over a six year span Coach Rigsby lead SSU to a 194-86 record for a winning % of .693. During this span the Bears were nationally ranked in 4 seasons and placed as high as 5th in the NAIA
World Series. From 1996-2001 Shawnee State compiled a team batting average of .364, best of all 4 year schools during that span. Coach Rigsby still holds the national record for youngest
coach to amass 100 career wins. Coach Rigsby left college coaching in 2002 to launch his own fitness and athletic performance company, Fit Systems. With his two co-owners, Coach Rigsby
has built Fit Systems into the premier fitness resource in all of Central and Western Kentucky, serving over 1000 clients.
