Extra Innings Inks New Development Deal in Texas

Extra Innings Franchise Company, the Middleton, MA based indoor baseball and softball operation, today announced the signing of its second franchise agreement in Texas. This announcement brings to twenty-five the total of franchise agreements signed since Extra Innings began its franchising initiative in June 2004.



Extra Innings Arlington, TX is expected to open in fall 2006. Under the terms of the development agreement, the owners of this facility have also acquired the rights to open future locations in South Arlington/Mansfield, TX and Flower Mound, TX.



Extra Innings Training Centers are unique in the marketplace. Each facility, regardless of size, offers year-round practice facilities for ballplayers of all ages and ability levels, professional instruction and a nationally recognized Pro Shop that carries the top brands of baseball and softball equipment and apparel available today.



The new facility in Arlington, TX will be the second Extra Innings location in Texas, joining Bryan/College Station, TX which is also slated to open in fall 2006.
