Buck was a invited guest to the dedication but due to his health reasons he declined coming. His death brings to all of us great sorrow. He was a fine ambassador for the Negro Leagues putting on a good face for new generations to see and hear what these men went through. He will be missed as a great man who should be in the hall of fame.
