Smush Parker of the Los Angeles Lakers college career began at the College of Southern Idaho in 1999 where he averaged 12 points and 6 assists. Soon he took his skills to Fordham
University making an immediate impact, he was named second-team all Atlantic 10 after averaging 16.5 points, 4.5 assists, 4.4 rebounds, and 2.3 steals as a sophomore. Smush then went
undrafted in 2002 and went on to play at several different places: Cleveland Cavaliers, Idaho Stampede of the CBA, Greece (Aris Thessalonica), and the Phoenix Suns. In 2005-06 Smush found
himself a starting spot in the backcourt with superstar Kobe Bryant. He averaged 11.6 points and is one of the league leaders in steals per game.
Now, Smush Parker wants to bring some of his talent to the children at the Smush Parker Basketball Camp in West Hills, California. This camp offers intense, specialized basketball
instruction with an emphasis on team play and the fundamentals of basketball. There will be sessions and workstations for each player to focus on various exercise receiving immediate
feedback from coaches. There will also be organized competitions, such as Hot Shot, 1-on-1, 3-on-3, and much more. Camp Dates are August 15th-18th for boys and girls ages 8-14 years old.
