April 27 2005 We are proud to announce that we have acquired Aromatic International LLC in an effort to strengthen our position in the growing Certified Organic and Natural Fragrance product category
Jack Corley formerly owner and President of Aromatic International LLC will join Royal Aromatics as President will direct Royal's Global Sales and Marketing efforts
In addition we are pleased to announce the following Organizational changes
Robert Hindman formerly of Orchidia Fragrances a division of Flavorchem joins Royal as VicePresident and Director of Sales
Frederic Pras joins as Sales Executive for Royal West Coast
Tom McKelvey joins as Sales Executive for Royal MidwestSoutheast
John Heinze Westco Chemicals as Sales Agent Phoenix Arizona
Finally we are delighted to announce that Royal Aromatics is now the exclusive Agents for SIRIUS Paris premier producers and distributors of Certified Organic Essential Oils
Our Neptune NJ facility is NOW Certified by the USDA as an NOP Certified Organic Class OP - Organic Processor We now carry over 80 National Organic Program NOP Certified Organic Essential Oils and Carrier Oils at our 10000 sq ft facility
