Advanced Analytical Technologies, Inc. (AATI) announced today that it has completed the merger of CombiSep, Inc., a laboratory instrumentation company also based in Ames, IA. AATI'ss Chief Operating Officer, Steve Lasky, will lead the combined firm as Chairman and CEO. Mark McDonald, former CEO of CombiSep, will fill the role of President and oversee all aspects of sales and marketing, both domestic and global.
