The author has been an organizational adviser to such corporations as IBM and General Electric and the military officers of the U.S. Army, Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps. He has a PhD from the University of California, Berkeley and is a Professor Emeritus, Rockefeller College of Public Policy and Administration, State University of New York and was on the advisory panel on political development to the U.S. Agency for International Development. He is a resident of Williamsburg, Virginia.
