Upcoming Book Release



May 27, 2005 -- Nadia Brown, a Miami native and older sister of University of Miami football player and defensive tackle, Kareem Brown, invites readers to take a look behind her upcoming book release entitled, Unscrambled Eggs, which she believes is an honest and thought-provoking book that deals with everyday life issues presented to us daily. According to the author's website, http://www.nadiabrown.com it is a compilation of poems about living your dream and finding purpose. Nadia, would like readers to view her sample poems from 'Unscrambled Eggs' and see advance reviews of the book, which is scheduled to be released in fall/winter of 2005.

Nadia Brown was born in Queens, New York, and has lived all her life in Miami, Florida along with her immediate family. She has been published in various print and online publications throughout the web; and this is her first full-length book collection. The poems in this book were written over a five year period and reflects either the author's own experiences, those close to her, and/ or issues that she feels very passionately about.

The author explains that she has always had the utmost respect and admiration for anyone who is able to accomplish something that they truly desired no matter how significant or small it is. And strongly believes that everyone has a purpose, a divine destiny but unfortunately their are many who live their entire life without ever fulfilling their purpose. She understood that you don't ever truly have joy if you go through life content on settling.

Nadia realized that dwelling on her past disappointments would only hold her future in doubt and keep her from living her dream. That belief inspired the title poem and poetry collection, Unscrambled Eggs. The poetry in this book was written over a five year period.
