"I loved Bret de Colville, knight to Robert-the-Bruce, and later a Templar Knight. This novel contains magic, being of both good and bad, romance, treachery and lots of suspense. The Templar Knight meets Zarelda and falls in love, only to be betrayed. Later he falls in love with Briana and throughout the book, he's traveling on knightly duties, and tournaments, and learning from his wizard, Alpin, grandson to the Merlin. A good read, all the way through with witchery, spells, magic, and knighthood."
