Unlike any other Alaska cruise guidebook on the market, "The Cruiser Friendly Onboard Guide to Alaska's Inside Passage" by Terry Breen, was written to answer cruise ship passenger's immediate questions about what is being seen and experienced from their ship! Through the use of simple illustrated maps and charts as well as informative text, the guide points out the most popular sights and landmarks at sea as well as answers to the most frequently asked questions about Alaska cruises.

Terry Breen has been working on cruise ships as resident regional Alaskan expert for fifteen years. Her understanding of what guests want to know about Alaska has been condensed in this easy to use onboard cruise guidebook.



Now in its second printing the book covers all of Southeast Alaska and is relevant on either north or southbound itineraries. Part One covers general state information; Part Two is divided into nine sections spanning Seattle and Vancouver to Seward and Whittier. Scenic points of interest and navigational markers are identified. Navigational terms are explained. There's even room for daily "log" entries, ship statistics, and notes. The first edition of the book was launched during the 2005 Alaska season and it sold-out onboard and in several retail outlets throughout Southeast Alaska.
